🚫 No Returns & No Refunds

All sales made on Kidora are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exception)

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we do make exceptions only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

If this occurs:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email kidora.uae@gmail.com

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

    • Brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept claims for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation

  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control


📦 Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed or dispatched.

  • Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
